Trumbull Appreciation Night Saturday

BRIDGEPORT, CT – The American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, will hold "Trumbull Appreciation Night" this Saturday when they host the Albany River Rats at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard at 7:05 p.m.

Events scheduled for Saturday will include:

•Discounted tickets, $19.50 center-ice and $12.50 all others, for Trumbull residents who show proof of residency at the Harbor Yard box office.

•A ceremonial, pregame face-off with First Selectman Raymond Baldwin Jr.

•A MasterCard intermission mini-game featuring teams from the Darien Youth Hockey Association and the Stamford Youth Hockey Association.

•Discounted tickets, $19.50 center-ice and $12.50 all others, for Police Officers and Firefighters who show their badge at the Harbor Yard box office.
