Norfolk Admirals News Release
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. â The Norfolk Admirals announced today that the team has recalled defenseman Scott Balan from the Roanoke Express, their East Coast Hockey League affiliate. In 30 games for Roanoke this year, Balan has seven points (one goal, six assists), 38 PIM and a minus-3 rating. Earlier this season, he appeared in 13 games for Norfolk, going scoreless with 25 PIM and a minus-3 rating.
