Trenton Thunder News Release
The Trenton Thunder, Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees, announced a roster move prior to the first game of Friday's home game against the Erie SeaWolves.
LHP Matt Tracy, 25, has been transferred to Trenton's active, 25-man roster from Short Season-A Staten Island's roster. The southpaw last appeared in a game for the Thunder April 13 at Erie when he tossed six innings and allowed two runs with four strikeouts.
In two starts this season with Trenton, Tracy has combined to go 2-0 with a 2.38 ERA in 11.1 IP with 12 H, 4 BB and 6 K.
To make room for Tracy, RHP Joel De La Cruz was transferred to Short Season-A Staten Island.
