
Toros' Justin Dentmon to Compete in Three-Point Contest

AUSTIN, TX January 8, 2013 - Toros guard Justin Dentmon has been selected to compete in a three-point shooting competition as part of the 2013 NBA D-League Showcase this week. The contest is scheduled for Wednesday night at the Reno Events Center and will be aired nationally on CBS Sports Network on tape delay at noon on January 10th.
The shooting contests, as well as a dunking competition are both new to the Showcase this year. D-League players included in the three-point contest include: Nick Covington (ERI), Justin Dentmon (AUS), Marcus Landry (RNO) and Andy Rautins (TUL).
The Toros first Showcase matchup takes place at noon today against the Santa Cruz Warriors and can be viewed live on NBA TV. Game two is scheduled for Thursday, January 10th at 5:30pm against the Iowa Energy (NBA TV tape delay: Airing at 7pm). Fans can view all games live on NBADLeague.com powered by YouTube.
The Toros return to Cedar Park Center on Sunday for a 5pm game against the Texas Legends. Sunday's are Family Fun Days including postgame team autographs on the court and an $11 ticket package that includes a ticket, hot dog and soda.
