Niagara IceDogs News Release

The Ontario Hockey League, in conjunction with the Niagara IceDogs and Sudbury Wolves, announced this evening that Niagara IceDogs home game on Saturday, December 18th, 2022 between the IceDogs and Wolves has been postponed.

The game has been postponed due to the tragic passing of London Knights player, Abarkar Kazbekov, who was close with many people around the league, including several individuals involved in the postponed game. The game will be replayed at a date and time to be determined by the league and teams.

Digital tickets issued for the game will be reissued the week of the rescheduled game. Physical tickets will also be honored for the rescheduled games, and will not need to be reprinted or reissued.

Once the rescheduled date is announced, tickets for the rescheduled game can be exchanged for future regular season IceDogs home games by contacting the Niagara IceDogs at least two business days before the rescheduled game is played.

The IceDogs next home game will be played on Friday December 30th against the Erie Otters.
