Box Score & Highlights

Players to Watch:

Hunter Haight extended his point streak to eight games with an assist against Flint on Wednesday. In that span, he has five goals and nine assists for 14 points. Anaheim Ducks prospect Pavel Mintyukov leads both his team and OHL blueliners in points (43) and assists (30). 15-year-old Michael Misa's 16 goals are the most of any Spirit skater. The Spirit will be without center Matyas Sapovaliv (Czechia) and goaltender Andrew Oke (United States) who are currently representing their countries at evaluation camps ahead of the 2023 World Junior Championship. USA Hockey announced yesterday that Oke had made the final roster for the United States.

Brett Bressette leads the Otters with 23 assists and 36 points. Defenseman Spencer Sova leads not only his team with 14 goals, but all OHL defensemen as well. Kyle Downey's 3.23 GAA and .889 SV% are the best for Otters goaltenders.

Erie has two (2) players drafted into the NHL, including Liam Gilmartin (San Jose) and Nolan Lalonde (Columbus, FA).
