2022-23 BATTALION REGULAR-SEASON SUMMARY

FIRST GOAL: The Battalion is 14-0-1 when scoring the first goal of a game and 7-8-0 when the opposing team scores first.

AFTER TWO PERIODS: The Battalion is 15-0-1 when leading after two periods, 1-8-0 when trailing after the second, and 5-0-0 when tied at the end of the second.

ONE-GOAL DECISIONS: The Battalion is 4-3-1 in games decided by one goal.

POWER PLAY: The Battalion is 13th in power-play efficiency with a scoring percentage of 21.3. The Troops have scored 23 goals on 108 opportunities.

PENALTY KILLING: The Battalion is 1st in penalty-killing with an effectiveness of 86.7 percent. The Troops have allowed 17 power-play goals during 128 times shorthanded.

PENALTY MINUTES: The Battalion is the 6th-least penalized team in the OHL, averaging 11.5 minutes per game.

EVEN STRENGTH: The Battalion has scored 104 goals at even strength or when shorthanded, and surrendered 68 goals at even strength or with the man advantage.
