About Last Game : Sunday afternoons at home have been devilish for the TinCaps all season, and that didn't change yesterday against the Lake County Captains. Sunday's Community Organization of the Game at Parkview Field was Playing Hardball Against ALS, a non-profit from Ohio.

Williamsport to Fort Wayne : The TinCaps have 2 players who once played in the Little League World Series. Reliever Eric Yardley represented Richland, Wash., in 2003. Catcher Adolfo Reina played for Panama in 2002.

Happy Birthday : Speaking of right-handed reliever Eric Yardley turns 24 today. One of Fort Wayne's most-trusted late-inning relievers, Yardley has a 3.26 ERA and 45 strikeouts on the season in 35 appearances out of the bullpen.

Packed Parkview Field : Sunday was the TinCaps' 24th sell-out crowd of the season with 7 home dates remaining. The only Fort Wayne season with more sellouts was 2010 (26). Parkview Field has averaged 5,956 fans per game. The team's total attendance of 363,305 is its most ever through 61 openings.
