
Time Changed for Leg Two of Eastern Conference Championship

ATLANTA - Atlanta United today announced its match against New York Red Bulls on Thursday, Nov. 29 for Leg Two of the Audi 2018 MLS Cup Playoffs Eastern Conference Championship will now kick-off at 7:30 p.m.; kickoff was originally scheduled for 7:00 p.m. The match will still be televised live on FS1 and can be heard locally on Sports Radio 92-9 The Game.
Behind two goals from Josef Martinez, Atlanta defeated New York City FC (4-1 on aggregate) in the Eastern Conference Semifinals to reach the Conference Championship. Meanwhile, New York Red Bulls defeated Columbus Crew SC 3-1 behind a second-half brace from Daniel Royer. Atlanta will host Leg One on Sunday, Nov. 25 with kickoff from Mercedes-Benz Stadium scheduled for 5:00 p.m. (ESPN, Sports Radio 92-9 The Game).
