North Shore Spirit News Release
Lynn, MA â The North Shore Spirit announced today that the game originally scheduled for June 18 at 7:05 pm will now be a doubleheader beginning at 4:00 pm.
Due to a postponed game in Elmira, the Spirit will make up the game when the Pioneers come to town on June 18. The doubleheader will consist of two, seven inning games. Gates will open at 3:30 pm.
June 18 is Fan Frenzy Night at Fraser Field. Fan Frenzy '04 will include a Monkey Boy Bobblehead giveaway to the first 500 children that enter the gates. Monkey Boy himself and Myron Noodleman, North America's most loved nerd, will make guest appearances.
One lucky fan will have the chance to win a car, courtesy of Peabody Acura and the Daily Item will sponsor a post-game firework spectacular show.
Pre-game photos on the field and autographs with the North Shore Spirit players are additional bonuses of Fan Frenzy '04.
Special concourse activities and exciting on-field games will also highlight this exclusive night that should not be missed.
You can listen to all Spirit games, home and away, on their flagship radio station WESX 1230 AM. All games are also broadcast via the Internet at www.northshorespirit.com.
