
Timbers Announce Time Change for August 15 Match at Toronto FC

PORTLAND, Ore. - The Portland Timbers today announced that the kickoff time for their regular-season match at Toronto FC on Wednesday, Aug. 15, at BMO Field has been moved to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific) as a result of the 2012 TSN and RDS national broadcast schedules in Canada.
The match, which was originally slated for 4 p.m. (Pacific), will be televised live locally on ROOT SPORTS, with radio broadcasts on 750 AM The Game and in Spanish on La Pantera 940 AM.
The Timbers open the 2012 MLS campaign Monday, March 12, when they play host to the Philadelphia Union at JELD-WEN Field on ESPN2 as part of MLS First Kick 2012; kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. (Pacific).
