
Tigers Sign Brayden Ryan-MacKay to WHL Scholarship & Development Agreement

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers are proud to announce the signing of Brayden Ryan-MacKay (Calgary, AB) to a WHL Scholarship & Development Agreement Thursday morning.
Ryan-MacKay, 15, was selected in the 6th round, #119 overall in the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft. Currently playing at the South Alberta Hockey Academy (SAHA), where he has 37 points (20 goals, 17 assists) in 30 game played with SAHA in the 2023-2024 CSSHL U18 season.
Tigers Director of Player Personnel, Bobby Fox says the organization is excited to bring in the talent that he possesses.
""Brayden is a tenacious forward with a motor," he says. "He showcases a relentless drive and innate scoring instinct while disrupting opponents and creating turnovers with his unwavering determination."
Ryan-MacKay will make his Western Hockey League debut this weekend, when the Tigers travel to Saskatchewan to face the Saskatoon Blades Friday, and the Prince Albert Raiders Saturday.
