Norfolk scored six unanswered runs to rally past the Toledo Mud Hens 6-1 in front of 6,459 fans Sunday afternoon at Harbor Park.

The Tides trailed 1-0 after four innings before jumping on reliever Ryan Robowski (0-1) for four runs in the fifth. Nate McLouth and Bill Hall each had RBI singles in the frame, while Lew Ford added a run-scoring double.

Ford went 1-for-2 with runners in scoring position in the contest and has now hit .650 (13-for-20) with runners in scoring position this season.

The four-run fifth made a winner out of Chris Tillman (6-8), who once again turned in a strong outing. Tillman yielded one run on three hits in six innings of work, walking two while striking out eight.

The win moved Tillman into a tie for first among O's minor leaguers with six victories this season, joining Delmarva's Miguel Chalas and Bowie's Zach Clark. The 24-year-old has now posted a 3.13 ERA with 61 strikeouts, 17 walks and 46 hits allowed over his last 10 starts.

Pat Neshek recorded the final four outs of the contest to earn his fourth save of the season.

With the win, Norfolk has now won seven of its last nine games at Harbor Park.

The Tides will welcome the Buffalo Bisons to town Monday night to start a four-game set. Jason Berken (0-1, 2.52) will take the hill for the Tides against right-hander Collin McHugh, who will be making his season-debut with the Bisons after opening the year with Double-A Binghamton.

Monday is Turn-Back-The-Clock Night at Harbor Park, as hot dogs, soft drinks and popcorn will be available for 50 cents each, courtesy of Gwaltney.
