
Tickets Moving Quickly for Final Home Series

The Winnipeg Goldeyes play their biggest series of the season this weekend against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks and tickets are going fast.
As of 3:30 p.m. this afternoon, less than 1,000 seats remained for tonight's 6 p.m. doubleheader against the RedHawks. Fans coming to tonight's game can get a Canadian Pork Sausage from Manitoba Pork if they give a donation to the Field of Dreams Foundation.
The series continues with a 7 p.m. game tomorrow night and another doubleheader Saturday. The first game Saturday begins at 6 p.m.
Rick Mercer will be at Canwest Park all day Saturday filming an segment for The Rick Mercer Report. The segment will air on an episode in the show's upcoming eighth season.
Winnipeg concludes its 2010 home schedule with fan appreciation day on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. The first 5,000 fans through the gates will receive a set of 2010 Winnipeg Goldeyes player cards, courtesy of Rogers.
