
Ticats Ready For 2009 Training Camp

Hamilton, Ontario - The Hamilton Tiger-Cats quest for the 2009 Grey Cup begins when rookies report to training camp next Wednesday, June 3 before the veterans report to Hamilton on Saturday, June 6.
Four guest coaches will be on-hand to assist head coach Marcel Bellefeuille and his staff. This year's guest coaches include University of Windsor Associate Head Coach Scott Fawcett, former Ticats Offensive Line Coach and current AM 900 CHML colour commentator John Salavantis, former Ticats player, coach and Canadian Football Hall of Famer Don Sutherin as well as University of Regina Offensive Line Coach and Running Game Coordinator Blair Thompson.
"Our guest coaches bring a nice blend of football expertise and experience. We're excited to have great Canadian coaches as well as Ticats alumni on the field with our staff," said Bellefeuille.
For the second consecutive year practices will take place at McMaster University's Ronald V. Joyce Stadium.
