Thursday's Sea Dogs Game Postponed

Portland, Maine- Thursday's Portland Sea Dogs game against the New Britain Rock Cats scheduled for 7:00 PM at Hadlock Field has been postponed due to rain. The two teams will play a doubleheader on Friday, July 3rd at 4:00 PM.
Fans with tickets for the Thursday, July 2nd rain out, may exchange their ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining 2009 Sea Dogs home game, subject to availability. Any questions regarding rained out tickets may be directed to the Sea Dogs Ticket Office at 207-879-9500 or tickets@seadogs.com.
Thursday's rain out will be made up as part of a single admission doubleheader on Friday, July 3rd at 4:00 PM. Please note the change in game time, due to the doubleheader, game time has been moved up to 4:00 PM from the original starting time of 6:00 PM. The two teams will play two seven inning games. Fans with tickets for the July 3rd game, the tickets are good for both games of the doubleheader. Fireworks will follow the completion of the second game. The July 3rd game is sold out.
This is the third rain out at Hadlock Field this season. Previous rain out dates include May 10th and June 19th. Fans holding tickets to any rained out game, may exchange their tickets at the Hadlock Field Box Office for a future 2009 game, based on availability.
