
Thunder Hosting Fourth Annual Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, a two-time recipient of the ECHL "Award of Excellence," is scheduled to host its fourth annual Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament at Stockton Arena on Thursday, Feb. 28, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The tournament invites avid and casual poker players to visit Stockton Arena for a night of friendly competition and take advantage of the opportunity to go head to head against Thunder players, who will be available for autographs and photos throughout the night.
Registration has been rolled back to $75 per person for this year and includes seven tickets to an upcoming Thunder home game, tournament t-shirt, Thunder hat, complimentary dinner and non-alcoholic beverage service and full cash bar.
All participants will start the tournament at a table accompanied by one Thunder player.
Prizes will be awarded during the tournament which include a Thunder jersey autographed by the team, pre-game "Meet N' Greet" with a Thunder player, complimentary suite to a Thunder game, Zamboni ride during a Thunder home game, V.I.P. access on the Thunder bench during pregame warm ups and more.
Registration is open on a first come, first serve basis, and can be submitted by calling the Thunder at (209) 373-1553 or visiting stocktonthunder.com/poker/.
Tournament proceeds will benefit the Stockton Thunder Foundation.
Fans are invited to register as a "walk up" participant and the general public is invited to observe, free of charge. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.
