Third Annual Holiday Tour Scheduled for Wednesday

ODESSA, TX - For the third straight year, the Odessa Jackalopes will spend a day in December spreading a little cheer throughout the Permian Basin in the team's annual Holiday Tour.
From morning until about 7 PM at night Jackalopes players, staff, and team mascot SlapJack will board the team bus and travel throughout the Midland/Odessa community visiting with children, passing out candy, and celebrating the holiday season with various people at each stop. Players will also ring the bell for the Salvation Army in order to raise money for charity.

9:45-10:30 AM, High Sky Children's Ranch - 8701 West County Rd. 60 Midland
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM, Midland Soup Kitchen - 1401 Orchard Lane Midland
1:00 - 2:30 PM, Salvation Army Bell Ringers - Wal-Mart/Sam's Club on JBS Pkwy.
2:45 - 4:00 PM, Sienna Nursing Home - 2510 West 8th St.
4:15 - 5:30 PM, Boys and Girl's Club of Odessa - 800 E 13th St.
5:45 - 6:40 PM, Jones Do Jang - 1514 E. 8th St.

The Odessa Jackalopes are the Central Hockey League affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders and the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The team is currently in the middle of its 14th season.
