LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will deliver toys to the pediatric cancer patients and children with blood related diseases at Doctors Hospital on Wednesday (Dec. 15th) at 1pm. The Bucks, along with Doctors Hospital, collected 189 toys during their annual toy drive December 2nd game at Laredo Energy Arena.

The 189 toys collected this year surpassed last year's total of 157.

"As always the great people of Laredo came through again for us big time," said Bucks President/General Manager and Head Coach Terry Ruskowski. "We can't thank everyone enough for their support as always. The toys that we collected will bring smiles to children's faces this holiday season and that's the greatest gift that we can give. Thank you very much to all of those who helped out again this year."

The Bucks and Doctors Hospital have held their annual toy drive for the past nine years.
