Matt Hall continued his impressive pitching by throwing seven strong innings that included nine strikeouts. Mikie Mahtook went four for four in the victory with a double and a triple. Toledo used long balls from Christin Stewart and Jarrod Saltalamacchia to pick up a 6-3 win in Buffalo on Saturday.

Hall has the K: Pitcher Matt Hall started twice on the road trip and struck out 14 batters in just 12 innings pitched. Since joining the Mud Hens, the 25-year-old has 42 strikeouts in just 34.1 innings pitched while posting a 2-0 record and a 2.88 ERA.

Powerful Hens: Toledo has hit 101 home runs this season which is the fifth most in the International League. The Mud Hens had just 93 total home runs all of last season and had not gone over 100 team homers since 2014 when the team rocketed 131 long balls.
