TEAM USA and GSB cancel Tuesday tryout at Fair Grounds Field

SHREVEPORT, LA- TEAM USA Baseball and GSB announced this morning that they have cancelled Tuesday's talent showcase that was to be held at Fair Grounds Field, due to lack of participant registration.

The Shreveport-Bossier Captains are halfway through their current six-game home stand having played the last three nights against the Gary South Shore RailCats. Tonight the Captains begin the second leg of the six-game stand when they take on the Wichita Wingnuts at 7:05pm.

After this home stand the Captains travel to Fort Worth to begin a short three-game series against the Cats before returning home on Tuesday, July 26 for a six-game home stand against Grand Prairie and Amarillo. Season tickets and single-game tickets are available for purchase in-person or over the phone by visiting the Captains Executive Offices at 2901 Pershing Boulevard at Fair Grounds Field or by calling (318) 636-5555.
