South Bend Silver Hawks News Release
South Bend, IN - During the school year, teacher's find themselves headed to field trips for many types of events and reasons. On June 15th, ten teachers from the Michiana area will have the chance to take a field trip on the South Bend Silver Hawks during Teacher's Credit Union's Teacher Appreciation Night. One lucky teacher will have the chance to win a weekend trip to Miami.
Teachers from Michiana schools have received a letter and a voucher for two reserved seats to attend the June 15th game against the Southwest Michigan Devil Rays. Of those that have letters, ten will be chosen as finalists to win a trip for two to Miami, leaving the Cove once their name is announced.
The winner will be whisked to Chicago's O'Hare airport and leave for their sunny destination the following morning and returning on June 19th.
Game time is scheduled for 7:00 PM, with gates opening at 6:00 PM.
