
T-Birds Ready For Exhibition Game At Kent Valley Ice Centre

Kent, WA, September 11, 2008 - The Seattle Thunderbirds last exhibition game of the preseason is Saturday, September 13, at 6 p.m. at Kent Valley Ice Centre against the Portland Winter Hawks.
Tickets can be purchased by calling the T-Birds at 206- 448-PUCK, at any Ticketmaster outlet or at Kent Valley Ice Centre. Tickets are just $12.
The T-Birds are currently 3-2 in the preseason with two games remaining. The T-Birds and Winter Hawks face each other on Friday, September 12, in Portland at Memorial Coliseum at 7 p.m. The Thunderbirds are excited to have Green River Community College join us as the newest member of our corporate family. They are another example of a local company getting involved with the team and taking advantage of the opportunities the team has to offer.
Green River Community College will be at the exhibition game at Kent Valley Ice Centre. They will have information on upcoming classes that Green River has to offer. The T-Birds open the season on September 19 on the road against the Prince George Cougars at 7 p.m.
The first home game is October 4 at KeyArena against the Spokane Chiefs at 7:05 p.m.
T-Birds season tickets are also currently on sale. Season tickets can be purchased by calling the T- Birds office at 425-869-7825. Purchasing a season ticket will ensure fans can attend both the home opener at the KeyArena on October 4 and the T-Birds first game in their new home, the Kent Events Center.
