Giants Trade with Regina Pats

Vancouver BC - The Vancouver Giants have traded Centre Mitch Czibere (89) and a 4th round Draft Pick to the Regina Pats for RW Todd Kennedy (90) and D Curtis Kulchar (90).

Czibere, (Fort Saskatchewan, AB) departs Vancouver having appeared in 198 games. With the Giants, Czibere scored 16 goals and 40 assists for 56 points and amassed 121 PIM. "We would like to thank Mitch for his contributions to our organization over the past three seasons and wish him well with Regina," comments Giants GM Scott Bonner.

Todd Kennedy, (Kamloops BC) joins the Giants after spending last season with Regina. Kennedy is 6'3 and weighs 205 pounds. In 30 games last season, Kennedy scored two goals and three assists to go along with 41 PIM.

Curtis Kulchar, (Martinsville, SK) also joins the Giants after spending 54 games with the Pats. Kulchar is a right defenseman, and stands 6'1 and 185 pounds. He posted three assists and 22 PIM in his time with Regina.
