SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse Crunch are hosting #FlashbackFriday on Nov. 6 when they take on the Albany Devils at 7 p.m.
#FlashbackFriday will take fans back through the years all the way to when the Crunch held their first regular season game against the Devils on Sept. 30, 1994.
The night will feature an appearance by former Crunch forward John Mirasty. The Crunch tough guy will participate in a ceremonial puck drop and hold an autograph signing in Memorial Hall during the first intermission. The first 300 fans at the War Memorial Arena will also receive a Mirasty bobblehead.
During the game, fans will enjoy video clips of Crunch highlights throughout the team's 22-year history and Bix Sexy will make a special in-game appearance.
In honor of the first Crunch game against the Devils, fans may purchase tickets in section 12 for the 1994 price of $12. Any fan who purchases a ticket in section 12 will also be entered to win a swag bag comprised of retro Syracuse Crunch merchandise.
Additionally, any fan who wears a pre-Tampa Bay Lightning era jersey to the game may purchase a $12 ticket at the War Memorial Box Office.
