Syracuse Crunch Announce Details of 2008-09 Training Camp

Syracuse, NY (September 24, 2008) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today its schedule for this season's training camp, held at the War Memorial at Oncenter.
Training Camp -War Memorial at Oncenter, Syracuse, NY - September 30 - October 7
The Crunch's training camp roster will be released on Monday, September 30.
On-ice workouts will begin at 10:30 a.m. on October 1 and continue through October 7. The Crunch will play three preseason games during training camp: October 2 vs. Rochester, October 3 vs. Binghamton (@ Oswego State) and October 4 @ Binghamton.
Please note that all practices are open to the media.

Tuesday, September 30 - War Memorial at Oncenter - Equipment pick-up - 6 p.m., Physicals - 8 p.m.
Wednesday, October 1 - War Memorial at Oncenter Practice 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Thursday, October 2 - War Memorial at Oncenter Pre-Game Skate 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Rochester @ Syracuse - (War Memorial at Oncenter, Syracuse, NY) 7 p.m.
Friday, October 3 - War Memorial at Oncenter Pre-Game Skate 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Binghamton @ Syracuse - (Campus Center Ice Arena, Oswego, NY) 7 p.m.
Saturday, October 4 - War Memorial at Oncenter Pre-Game Skate 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Syracuse @ Binghamton - (Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena, Binghamton, NY) 7:05 p.m.
Sunday, October 5 - War Memorial at Oncenter Practice 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Monday, October 6 - War Memorial at Oncenter Practice 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, October 7 - War Memorial at Oncenter Practice 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
The Crunch open their 15th AHL season with a home-and-home series against their I-90 rivals, the Rochester Americans. The teams will face-off at the Blue Cross Arena on Friday, October 10, followed by the Crunch's home opener at the War Memorial at Oncenter on Saturday, October 11 at 7:30 p.m. Season tickets are available by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444.
