MOOSIC, PA - Sunday's game between the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders and the Syracuse Mets, scheduled for 1:05 P.M., has been postponed due to rain. The RailRiders and Mets split this series and Sunday's game will be made up at a date and time yet to be determined.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre won game one of the series 7-6 in ten innings. The game began Friday evening, but was suspended due to rain and completed on Saturday. A Brad Miller home run tied the game at five in the seventh, and , after the Mets took a 6-5 lead in the top of the tenth, Cliff Pennington hit a two-run walk-off home run for the win. Syracuse won a seven-inning nightcap by a 3-2 final.

The RailRiders host the Mets in early June for a three-game weekend series and again in late July for a two-game set. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre plays in Syracuse 11 times this season, including three games next weekend.
