Surf to Host Invitational Golf Tournament September 8

ATLANTIC CITY__On Monday, September 8, 2003 the Atlantic City Surf will be hosting an Invitational Golf Tournament at the Brigantine Golf Links. The shot gun tee off is at 11:00 am with an awards reception to follow.
The proceeds from this event will go to benefit our new foundation "Atlantic City Surf Baseball Charities." This charity will provide scholarships and educational opportunities to our local area youth.
Mitch "Wild Thing" Williams, Greg "The Bull" Luzinski, Surf Players, and other special celebrity baseball guests will be attending and playing in this exciting event.
There are five different types of sponsorships that we have for this event. The Grand Slam Sponsor which costs $1,000, the Home Run Sponsor for $750, the Prize Sponsor for $500, the Hole Sponsor for $250, and the Individual Golfer for $100. Our Marketing Partners are able to do the Individual Golfer for $75. The sponsorships prices vary due to publicity, promotional items, and their choice of a MLB Celebrity to golf with.
The Links at Brigantine Beach are only 15 minutes from the downtown Atlantic City area. The Surf is also providing special overnight rates available from our Host Hotel, the Comfort Inn West.
