Suns Have Exciting Weekend in Store for Fans

The Jacksonville Suns released the promotional schedule for the team's upcoming homestand, May 10 â May 13 at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.
The Suns return home this Saturday, May 10 to face Florida rival the Orlando Rays. The Rays are expected to have former Atlanta Braves closer John Rocker on their roster for this trip to Jacksonville. Saturday night will feature an umbrella giveaway for the first 2,000 fans featuring an autograph of WJXT meteorologist George Winterling. The umbrella giveaway is sponsored by Swisher and WJXT TV-4.
On Sunday, the Suns will help everyone celebrate Mother's Day with a special visor giveaway for the first 1,000 moms who come through the gates. A special ticket offer is available at Kuhn Flowers while supplies last. Sunday is also Clorox Family Day, where a special $5.00 ticket discount will be honored with a proof of purchase from any Clorox product.
On Monday, the annual Middle School Field Trip will descend on the Baseball Grounds. No beer will be sold that day for a special 11:05 a.m. start. The short four-game homestand ends on Tuesday with the second Businesspersons' Special of the season. For this 1:05 p.m. game, $12.50 will get you a box seat, hot dog and large beverage of choice.
