
Sundogs Host First Annual Kids Day Game

Prescott Valley, AZ - The Arizona Sundogs announced they are hosting their first annual Kids Day Game on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Tim's Toyota Center at 10:00am against the Rapid City Rush.
The Sundogs are a prominent figure in the Quad-City area and they are taking the lead and hosting their first ever game completely focused on creating an educational experience for kids across Yavapai County, while providing a quality entertainment experience. There will be 3,200 students and teachers attending the January 29, 2014 game from 24 different schools, including schools from as far as the Verde Valley and Congress.
"We are thrilled to be hosting this event and being able to help students learn about teamwork and bullying", said General Manager, Chris Presson. "The community looks to our team for leadership and generosity and we are privileged that we have the means to help them. The response from schools has been a positive one and we hope to continue this concept for years to come."
Season Ticket Holders choosing to attend this game will have the option to move to any available seat in the first four rows from the glass. If they are unable to attend the game, season ticket holders will have the option to exchange their unused game tickets for a double redemption for a future regular season home game. This means that they will receive two free tickets for every season ticket not used on January 29, 2014. Fans that already have tickets to the game will not be required to get a new ticket, simply bring the ticket you already have.
The doors will open at Tim's Toyota Center at 9:00am and the game will begin at 10:00am and designated parking will be available to fans in the south west parking lot. The Sundogs Team Store and limited concessions will be open during the game. All normal game activities will still be featured with the exception of Chuck-a-Puck which will be redesigned creating an educational experience for students.
