
Sundogs Assigned Goalie Michael Wall by Colorado

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs Hockey Club today announced it has been assigned netminder Michael Wall by its NHL Affiliate, the Colorado Avalanche.
The 21-year-old netminder has spent a majority of the 2006-07 season with the Ducks' American Hockey League affiliate, the Portland Pirates. In 19 appearances, Wall posted a 10-6-1 record with a 3.13 goals-against average (GAA) and .880 save percentage.
Wall was recalled on two separate occasions by Anaheim, posting a 2-2 record with a 2.97 GAA and .877 save percentage in four NHL appearances. He made his NHL debut on Nov. 26 against Calgary, stopping 19-of-22 shots for a 5-3 victory.
Wall was acquired by Colorado from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for forward Brad May on February 27.
