Sunday's game between the Burlington Bees and Cedar Rapids Kernels has been postponed due to rain. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Monday at 2 p.m.
Heavy rain made its way through the midwest on Sunday, causing the second game of a three-game series between the Bees and Kernels to be postponed. The two teams will now play a doubleheader on Monday afternoon at 2 p.m.
The doubleheader on Monday will mark a beginning of four games in two days for the Bees, who are slated to play a doubleheader on Tuesday with the Peoria Chiefs in Burlington.
The Bees return home for a four-game series with the Chiefs, starting on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
