
Storm Re-signs a Field of Veterans

Sioux Falls Storm News Release
The Sioux Falls Storm of United Indoor Football (UIF) is pleased to announce the re-signing of four Storm veterans. Returning on the offensive side of the ball is kicker Adam Hicks and offensive lineman Trevor Rolfes. Returning for the defense is Justin Landis and Andre Fields.
Hicks, a former University of South Dakota stand-out, will return to the Storm for his third season as their all-star kicker. Hicks was named all-league in 2001 and 2003-04, and was also the league's MVP kicker for the in 2003. Trevor Rolfes also re-signs for his third season. Rolfes saw a lot of time on the offensive line in the 2003 season and the Storm will be looking at him for great things for the upcoming season. Rolfes is a graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Former University of South Dakota defensive specialist Andre Fields will return for another season with the Storm. Fields was a stalwart of the Storm defense last season, as he recorded 44 total tackles and three interceptions for the regular season.
Helping Fields put a halt to the opponent will be safety Justin Landis. Landis is a graduate from South Dakota State University where he had an amazing career after being named all-conference twice and the team defensive MVP in his senior year. Landis joined the team mid-way through last year and will fight for the starting strong safety position.
