Ramon Robinson's Back For The 2005 Season

"One of my biggest goals in the off season was to secure 12 particular ball players in their return to the 2005 season with the Bluecats," says Head Coach Ollie Guidry, "heading that list was our number one Quarter Back from last year, Ramon Robinson."

Ramon is one of the League's best quarterbacks. Averaging over 51 points per game, while he started 6 games for the Bluecats last year. In those 6 starts he threw for 1245 yards and 21 touchdowns. He played a major role in helping the Bluecats knock off Ft. Wayne, Show Me, and Houma. In those 3 games, the Bluecats averaged 70 points per game. Ramon had an impressive record setting performance against the Show Me Believers, with 399 yards passing and 7 touchdowns. He had the Bluecats longest rush of the year, 25 yards, against Ft. Wayne and also holds the record for the most pass completions in a game.

In addition, Ramon's previous experience led him from Benedict College into playing pro football in the Arena League and in the Canadian Football League.
