Game notes... A rare Saturday night home game in the Royal City as of Thursday afternoon attendance was already approaching 4,000... After starting the season with back-to-back wins, the 67's have stumbled early in the season winning only 6 of their past 19 games... 67's first round pick Logan Couture, who was at the centre of controversy on draft day, has played well in his rookie season with 8 goals and 4 assists... The 67's will have a long travel day on Saturday, as they face the Belleville Bulls on Friday night in Ottawa, before heading to Guelph... After falling behind 6-2 versus Kingston on Sunday night, the 67's battled back to tie the game at 8, only to surrender a back-breaking goal with 28 seconds remaining in the third in a 9-8 loss... Overagers Julian Talbot and Chris Hulit lead the 67's in points with 21 & 20 respectively... Special teams have struggled for Ottawa with their PP ranked 17th and PK ranked 13th... With 3.19 goals for per game and 3.71 goals against, the 67's rank 17th and 13th respectively.

Game notes... After dealing away picks and players early last season to make an extended playoff run, the IceDogs were eliminated in the first round and now look to re-build... The IceDogs' offence has sputtered this season, managing only 52 goals in their first 21 games, in comparison Rob Schremp of the London Knights currently has 52 points in only 15 games... Mississauga is also near the bottom of the OHL defensively allowing 4 goals per game (tied for 15th)... After being named an OHL First Team All-Star and winning OHL Goaltender of the Year, Michael Ouzas has jumped from 2.18 to 3.52 this season... Guelph native and GMHA product Cody Bass has 16 points to rank 2nd on the club in points behind Jordan Owens (22)... IceDogs' first round pick in 2005 Jordan Skellett, a London Jr. Knights teammate of the Storm's Drew Doughty and Leigh Salters, has been out of Mississauga's lineup since he suffered an injury in his first OHL game... In his fifth OHL season, defenceman David Pszenyczny has 14 points in 15 games... IceDogs' defenceman Craig Cescon leads the OHL with 97 PIM's... Mississauga's PP ranks 19th in the OHL at 14%, while their PK is 14th at 79%.
