Stingrays Release 2010-11 Season Opening Roster

South Carolina Stingrays News Release


North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays announced today the 2010-11 Season Opening roster. Of the 22 players on the roster (12 forwards, eight defensemen and two goaltenders), 13 dressed for the Stingrays last season.

The players currently on the roster are as follows:

Forwards Jordan Pietrus, Trent Campbell, Tommy Goebel, Nikita Kashirsky, Pierre-Luc O'Brien, Anton Gustafsson, Jake Hauswirth, Maxime Lacroix, Dan Eves, Rob Ricci, David deKastrozza, Matt Scherer, defensemen Josh Godfrey, Patrick Cullity, Nate Kiser, Zach Jones, Dylan Yeo, Dustin Stevenson, Grant Farrell and Jeff Caister and goaltenders Jared DeMichiel and Beau Erickson.

The Stingrays drop the puck on their 18th season of hockey in the Low Country on Friday, October 22 against the Gwinnett Gladiators at 7:35 p.m. at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. Opening Weekend is set for Friday, November 5, Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 against the Florida Everblades at 7:05 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at North Charleston Coliseum. Friday night is FREE PARKING night and Magnetic Schedule Giveaway, courtesy of Comcast!
