
Stingrays Gameday: Stingrays Wrap Up Season Series With Wheeling Today

Wheeling, WV -The South Carolina Stingrays finish their six-game season series with the Wheeling Nailers today, Sunday, January 31 at 3:05 p.m. at WesBanco Arena. The Stingrays are 2-2-1 against the Nailers this season.
The Stingrays continue their seven-game road trip Thursday, February 4 against the Cincinnati Cyclones at 7:30 p.m. at U.S. Bank Arena. Fans can listen to all the play-by-play action LIVE on www.stingrayshockey.com ! The Stingrays return to North Charleston Coliseum Friday, February 12 at 7:05 p.m. against the Florida Everblades for $2 Beer Night and Haiti Relief Night. Notes of the Night: Breaking the Streak The Stingrays are currently on a four-game winless skid tying a season-high marker set back between November 18 and November 22. During that stretch, the Stingrays dropped four straight contests against Charlotte, Gwinnett and Johnstown.
A Great Way to Start the Year Stingrays forward Gregg Johnson leads the Stingrays in the month of January with 11 assists in 12 games.
Cutting it Close With last night's 4-3 overtime loss to the Nailers, the Stingrays are now 15-3-8 in one-goal games including 3-4 records in both overtime and shootouts.
