SteelHound defenseman Esdale selected for All-Star Game

YOUNGSTOWN-The Youngstown SteelHounds in conjunction with the Central Hockey League (CHL) are pleased to announce that Paul Esdale has been selected to represent the Northern Conference as a reserve in the 2007 Dodge CHL All Star Game on January 17th in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Esdale, the native of Edmonton, Alberta is in his first season with the SteelHounds and has scored six goals with 17 assists in 19 games played. The 27 year old will join teammates Jeff Christian and Chris Richards who were named as Northern Conference starters.

Paul Esdale was selected by Colorado Eagle and Northern Conference All Star head coach, Chris Stewart and the CHL's hockey operations department. The 2007 Dodge CHL All Star Game will be played on January 17, 2007 at the CentryTel Center in Bossier City, Louisiana.

The SteelHounds host the Memphis Riverkings tonight and Saturday night at the Chevrolet Centre. Both games start at 7:05pm.
