
Steelers Softball Knock Out Wild Thing Allstars

Members of the Superbowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers past and present took down a squad of Washington Wild Thing All-stars 8-7 in the Steelers charity softball tournament.
The Steelers roster included such players as linebacker James Harrison, defensive lineman Chris Hoke, and offensive lineman Trai Essex. The Washington Wild Thing All-stars included such players as former major leaguer Kevin Orie, former Wild Things pitcher Ryan Douglass, Riverhound's Cody Bragg and Tyler Suffron as well as several key sponsors.
Crazy antics from both sides provided for a fun filled night of softball action for players and fans alike. However the Steelers took home the 8-7 victory on James Harrison's RBI single in the 6th. The Steelers also treated fans to an autograph session after the game, rounding out another exciting night at Falconi Field.
