Stars Wrap Up Road Trip With A Win

ONTARIO, Calif., - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, return home with a 106-89 victory against the Ontario Clippers (LA Clippers affiliate) to end their single-game California road trip.

Utah Jazz assignment player Taylor Hendricks, led the night with a game-high 26 points, nine rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. The Jazz rookie went 10-of-14 from the field and four-of-six from beyond the arc. Utah Jazz two-way player Johnny Juzang tallied 23 points, grabbing four rebounds, and serving two assists. Isaiah Miller came off the bench to put on an impressive performance, contributing 20 points, eight rebounds, and six assists in 30:02 minutes of action.

The teams traded baskets in the first quarter, earning five lead changes and three ties before ending the first frame 25-25. The Stars managed to outscore Ontario in the second, going into the break with a six-point lead. In the final frame, Salt Lake City grabbed their biggest lead of the night with 18 points. Hendricks, the night's leading scorer, netted 11 of his points in the fourth before the Stars grabbed the victory 106-89 on the road at the Toyota Arena.

The Salt Lake City Stars (4-4) will return home to host the South Bay Lakers, on Friday, December 1 at the Maverik Center. The game tips off at 7 p.m. MT and will be available LIVE on Jazz+ and NBAGLeague.com.
