Stars Acquire Tre'shaun Fletcher

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake City Stars, the official NBA G League affiliate of the Utah Jazz, announced today that the team has acquired guard/forward Tre'Shaun Fletcher from the available player pool.

Fletcher (6-7, 205, Toledo) appeared in 33 games (all starts) for Toledo as a senior in 2017-18, averaging career-highs of 18.1 points, 8.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 32.9 minutes while shooting 46.3 percent from the field. The guard/forward was named 2018 MAC Player of the Year and earned All-MAC First Team honors following his senior campaign at Toledo. Fletcher played his first three collegiate seasons at Colorado, where he appeared in 88 games (31 starts) and averaged 5.5 points and 2.3 rebounds in 16.8 minutes.

The Stars will travel to southern California to face the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (LA Clippers affiliate) on New Year's Day at 4 p.m. (MT), which will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Following the contest against the Clippers, the Stars will return home to Utah to begin a four-game homestand - the team's longest of the season - on Friday, Jan. 4, against the Sioux Falls Skyforce (Miami HEAT affiliate).
