
Stamps add Jamison to practice roster

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel today announced that import linebacker Brandon Jamison has been added to the practice roster.
Jamison played 22 games in the National Football League, appearing with the Atlanta Falcons in 2006 and with the Carolina Panthers in 2006 and 2007. After transferring from Southwest Mississippi Junior College and Clemson, he starred for University of West Georgia and was named to the All-Gulf South Conference all-star team in 2005.
The next home game for the Stamps is the Labour Day Classic on Sept. 7 against the Edmonton Eskimos. Kickoff at McMahon Stadium is at 5:30 p.m. Limited tickets are still available through the Stampeders' Ticket Office at 403.289.0258 and fans hoping to attend the game are encouraged to get their tickets before the game is sold out.
