Stampede Acquires Ta'Quan Zimmerman; Waives Aaron Dotson

BOISE, Idaho (November 26, 2014) - The Idaho Stampede announced today that the team has acquired guard Ta'Quan Zimmerman. In conjunction with this move, Idaho has waived guard Aaron Dotson.

Zimmerman (6-2, 200, Thompson Rivers) most recently played at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, Canada. The Connecticut native ranked ninth in scoring with 19.6 points per game to go with 4.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists over 20 games in 2014. He was named to the first team All-Canada West while leading Thompson Rivers to its first ever playoff appearance.

Zimmerman will wear number 23 and is expected to be in uniform when the Stampede take on the Reno Bighorns this weekend at CenturyLink Arena.
