Blues Assign Forward Tage Thompson to Rampage
SAN ANTONIO (Oct. 13, 2017) - The St. Louis Blues have recalled forward Samuel Blais (BLAY) from the San Antonio Rampage (AHL). The club has also assigned forward Tage Thompson to San Antonio.
Blais, 21, has appeared in two games for the Rampage this season, posting three goals and four points overall. The 5-foot-10, 205-pound forward was originally drafted by the Blues in the sixth round (176th overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft.
Thompson, 19, has dressed in four games with the Blues this season, including his NHL debut, on Oct. 7, in Pittsburgh. The 6-foot-5, 185-pound forward was originally drafted by the Blues in the first round (26th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft.
The Rampage continue a four-game road trip with a contest against the San Jose Barracuda on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 3:15 p.m. CT at the SAP Center.
