
Griffins Collecting Donations for Hurricane Relief

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins and The Salvation Army are teaming up to collect monetary donations that will support the victims of recent hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Maria and Nate.
For every $10 increment that's donated online through Friday, Oct. 20, the donor will receive two Upper Level Faceoff tickets (limit eight tickets/$40 in donations) to the Griffins' game on Saturday, Oct. 21. All donations will go to The Salvation Army's hurricane relief efforts.
"We appreciate the generosity of the Grand Rapids Griffins and their fans in supporting The Salvation Army's hurricane relief efforts," said Roger Snider, public relations director for The Salvation Army. "The donations will enable us to stay on the front lines, providing hope to those who need it most."
Puck drop against the Hershey Bears is set for 7 p.m.
