
Spitfires Mitchell Scores One Goal, Helps Lead Team Canada to 6-3 Victory over Team Russia

(Windsor) Last night, Spitfire forwards Dale Mitchell scored one goal and Taylor Hall added an assist in helping lead Team OHL to a 6-3 victory over Team Russia in the first of a two game series at the ADT Canada Russia/Challenge in Guelph, ON. The Windsor Spitfires were well represented as a CHL high six players participated in this game, including five on Team OHL. Spitfires forward Greg Nemisz as well as defensemen Ryan Ellis and Mark Cundari also played significant minutes for Team OHL and Spitfires forward Andrei Loktionov took the ice for Team Russia.
The second game of the series will be played on Monday, November 24th in St. Catharines, ON. Spitfire forwards Taylor Hall, Greg Nemisz, Andrei Loktionov and defenseman Ryan Ellis will again be suiting up for their respective squads. The game will be broadcast live on Rogers Sportsnet (Cable 54) at 7:00 pm EST.
