Spinners to Honor Military Gold Star Families Tonight

LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Spinners are proud to honor 10 local Military Gold Star families during tonight's military night at LeLacheur Park. The Gold Star Family Support Center's mission is to offer support and create programs to address the needs of all families who suffer the loss of a service member.
The July 1, 2008 game versus the Oneonta Tigers will honor all facets of the military and their service to our country. In addition to honoring the Gold Star Families in attendance, the Air National Guard will be in attendance and Ted Williams service to the United States Air Force will be celebrated with Ted Williams Military Aviator bobble heads for the first 1,000 fans in attendance.

The family of PO3 George S. Finneral, USN Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class, Lowell, Mass.
The family of PFC John Daniel Hart, Bedford, Mass.
The family of 1LT Derek S. Hines, Newburyport, Mass.
The family of Cpl Paul N. King, USMC, Tyngsboro, MA
The family of CPT Christopher J. Sullivan, Princeton, MA
The family of LCpl Andrew J. Zabierek, USMC, Chelmsford, MA
Each family will be recognized individually in-between innings throughout the game. The Lowell Spinners thank all of our servicemen and servicewomen for their service to our country.
