Sox lose lead then game in 12

The Colorado Springs Sky Sox were unable to hold onto their 6-3 lead as they fall to the Omaha Royals 7-6 in 12 innings. Sox starter Randy Flores pitched well going 6 innings and leaving with the lead. The bullpen gave up the lead and ultimately the game. The former Omaha Royal, Kit Pellow felt right at home collecting 3 hits including his 8th home run of the year. The Sox and Royals conclude their 3 game series Sunday with Scott Elarton (1-4, 3.98) going for the Sox against Jason Turman (1-3, 3.86) of Omaha.
