
Sound Tigers Sign Dimitry Antipin to ATO

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (March 11, 2014) - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that forward Dimitry Antipin has been signed to an amateur tryout contract (ATO).
Antipin, 23, began his collegiate career at Finlandia University. He had nine points (five goals, four assists) during his freshman year of 2011-12 before he transferred to the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth, where he played two seasons. In 25 games for the Corsairs this year, Antipin collected 11 points (eight goals, three assists).
The Sound Tigers travel to Manchester for a game Friday against the Monarchs before returning home to face the Worcester Sharks Saturday night and the Adirondack Phantoms Sunday afternoon.
