
Sogaard Invited to Danish World Juniors Selection Camp

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers are pleased to announce goaltender Mads Søgaard has been invited to the Danish selection camp for the upcoming World Junior tournament.
The 17-year-old Aalborg native will join the Danish team after the Tigers' December 15th home game. Søgaard has put up impressive numbers for the Tigers so far this season with a 7-4-1-2 record. He is ranked 8th in the league amongst goaltenders with a 2.54 GAA and a 0.925 SAV%.
Søgaard has competed on the world stage for Denmark before and has even won the Denmark U17 DM Best Goaltender award in 2015-16 and 2016-17.
The Medicine Hat Tigers would like to congratulate Mads on being invited and wish him luck.
